1. Services Provided

Monad-lab Works LLC provides AI-driven software for introspective analysis, content generation, and technical tools. All tools provided are for entertainment, educational, or creative purposes only.

2. Disclaimers (Important)

• No Professional Advice: Insights provided by our "Introspective Intelligence" tools (including metaphysical or CCBT-based analysis) are generated by AI and do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
• "As Is" Basis: Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Monad-lab Works LLC does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated results.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

• Processing: All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital report is generated or a subscription period has commenced, except as required by law.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting founder@monad-lab.com.

4. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The software, branding (Monad-lab), and original algorithms are the property of Monad-lab Works LLC.
• User Content: You retain ownership of any input data, but grant us a license to process it as necessary to provide the requested services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monad-lab Works LLC and its sole operator Xiangyu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
